I was a patient and received a letter that she was retiring. Now I see she is accepting new patients? I was courteous and thought she was a good Dr. That cared. Now I am very upset that they obviously just don't care about patients and just get rid of them with a letter.
They continuously forget to refill my daughter's prescriptions and repeatedly forget to send referrals. It usually takes 3 follow-ups on them forgetting, before a prescription or referral is sent. This includes prescriptions that are not meant to be stopped cold turkey and referrals that are important to be sent in a timely manner. The office is only open a few days a week and they rarely answer the phone or call back.
Dr. Hudon was very kind. He truly cared about making me feel comfortable. Was knowledgeable and explained things very well.
I always trust Dr Dillion's decisions. She is compassionate and concerned about the welfare of her patients. She is a well informed physician who is able to detect problems and needs that even her patients may not aware of. It is a privilege to have her as my PCP.

Least reliable doctor i’ve had. I am HSV+ and twice now have been unable to get my antivirals (which are time sensitive when you have an outbreak) from him and have to go somewhere else. I see no point of keeping him as my PCP since other doctors are doing his work for him.
I left this office all together because of Dr. Moore. At first I trusted the desicions he made regarding my health, but it soon became apparent to me that he just had no idea what he was doing. Dr. Moore probably works best for simple, routine check ups, but when dealing with serious health issues, he plays guessing games. I was given an extremely dangerous high dose medication that no primary doctor should give without sending a refferal to have tests done. Dr Dockter is one of the most knowledgeable and thorough providers I've ever known. She takes so much time with her patients to understand the full picture. She's amazing!!
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Battaglia; he has been my primary physician since 2001. He is a caring, compassionate, competent, personable professional. His dedication to ongoing medical education shows in the way he devotes himself to expertly helping his patients. When he is with me (or my husband), he is totally there, paying attention, assessing and closely listening to our concerns. I respect his advice and trust him completely.
