I lived there almost 4 years. They have had numerous managers and Manitance staff. In the beginning things would be taken care of in a timely manner. Someone breaking tenant’s car window out regularly. A few tenants 3-5 times. In and out gate down for over a month. Elevators down also. No programs or events for the seniors either. I moved out rent went up $200 this pass March 25.

My experience with the office manager was friendly helpful and to the point. Ms. Yalonda was very professional and accurate. The Maintenance staff is attentive to their jobs and willing to assist with repairs. Joe is a very helpful worker with a pleasant attitude. The Apts is pretty clean considering it’s a public place to reside in, with minimal pest and insects. I have not had any problems with anything or anyone considering the fact I mainly mind my own business and for the most part stay to myself which is always the bes... read more
