Owning property next to a rental property owned by Philip Lyons is a nightmare. He doesn’t take care of his properties and it shows with the revolving door of tenants. This is a very bad reflection on Lyons Realty. One would think that would be a consideration in the way you do business. But not for him. He would rather let properties go which makes the City of Canyon look bad for the rest of us that call it home.
At 61 years old with nine buying and selling transactions behind me - Holly Bryant IS the best agent we’ve ever had. The market has really been difficult this past year and we are truly grateful for being handled with such care. Navigating a website does not make a difference to me when it’s people who matter. You can not navigate the website without signing up for junk mail. I was interested in a property they have listed so now I will go through another agency. Also the only two reviews are from the Lyons and that is so sketchy to rate yourself....
