The owner of this business Jim Lyons is a greedy cheap unresponsive arrogant jerk. He demands high rent for less than standard property. When things are broke he does not fix and if he does it takes forever to respond and then uses the cheapest materials and cheapest labor he can find. I have been a tenant that cannot afford to move and am stuck in a house that is falling apart but they refuse to fix anything. Lyons treats their tenants like they are trash or second rate people, we had to rent temporarily because we sold our home and could not find another to purchase quickly enough. They act like they are better than you and that you are trash because you rent. They need to learn that their tenants pay them and matter, you have to wait for all repairs for "approval" from the owner meanwhile you have no a/c or the plumbing does not work correctly but that doesn't matter.
