Prompt, courteous service all around
Showed up on time. Had a leaky toilet I 2spots. One near the water inlet and a leaky valve where the tank and bowl meet. Also needed plumbing altered due to a new vanity install. Came in and fixed the toilet and vanity. Charged a reasonable, but not inexpensive, amount for the work. Tenant was away. When he returned a few weeks later, he noticed the toilet was slow leaking at the same spot. Lyons sent the same plumber, Matt, back in to fix leak.
