This window service never did work at my address and has posted a picture of my house that I have a condo in. Seems kind of weird and like false advertising that they’re just going to homes and taking and posting pictures without permission.
I was so happy when I found Nancy, but as work started , 1st day, there was obviously some misunderstanding of what needed to happen in order to restore steel “historic windows” which she claimed that she could do. Apparently we ‘had a great guy to do the work’ and all was go. Until the prep was done in less than a day and they were already puttying the windows . Amazing company! I had a stuck window and Nancy was very helpful over the phone and sent over a technician, Anthony, who helped open the window up. Very professional.
We bought a home in a historic district with windows in various stages of disrepair.
