My initial exam was perfectly lovely. When I came back with glasses that fit the prescription but did not work for my eyes at all I was charged for another full examination where the optometrist at no point answered my actual question. I had thought that if anybody would know how to find glasses that worked it would be an optometrist. Instead I was treated like a cog in the machine as opposed to a patient with an issue.
Great staff, thorough exams, and a wide (and fun) selection of frames.
Really wonderful experience, from those at the front desk, the eye exam, and someone who clearly explained the billing at the end. A very knowledgeable staff that took their time, and never felt rushed! Appreciate you all!
I feel like they care about me. I have a difficult prescription and Dr Cohen works with me until we get it right. I’m very happy to recommend Lyons Family Eye Care.
Been coming here for a few years always great doctor bedside manner. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Quick but very efficient care. I was recommended here for my daughter's myopia treatment, and they've done an amazing job
