Scheduled 2 showing appointments for my mother in law. First appointment they no showed. We messaged and called every day for 2 weeks and never got a response. MIL scheduled another appointment via the website and they no showed again. Good luck with this management if you can even get a hold of them.
The building has ONLY one elevator and many elderly people with needed medical devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, etc.) on upper floors. However, when the elevator breaks down there are no alternatives for these folks to get in and out of the apts. Property management fails to understand the gravity of this situation.
We have been here for three years now and the manager, Melissa Jacobson is a great, fair and equal opportunities person to work with. If there is ever an issue she looks at both sides of the parties involved to weigh the circumstances. Excellent Manager.
