They respect your time when you arrive for your appointment. They attend to you immediately. Kate, the secretary, answers any questions you may have. The truth is, very good service.
I had a very positive experience. The front desk was exceptionally nice and personable. She was very accommodating even though I was running late due to traffic caused by construction in my area. Dr. Lyons was very professional and explained everything he was doing and the reasoning behind it. I found this practice through my insurance and I'm happy I stopped in. I still have a few sessions to go but I'm happy for the progress after over visit!
Dr.Lyons is amazing but his front desk secretary is unprofessional and gross. I called in to tell the office I have Covid symptoms and don’t feel comfortable coming into the office until I take an official PCR test. The front desk person (not a doctor) told me “you don’t have Covid” and pressed for me to still come in today or next week. I understand she wants to lock people in every week to keep the lights on (through billing insurance) but imagine pressuring a grown adult to make an appointment with you when they potential... read more
