I ordered a casket spray for my mother’s funeral. I purchased the arrangement using a picture on their website. The spray was half the size of the picture and the saddle was visible due to the terrible arrangement of flowers and lack of flowers. Many of the flowers at the funeral given by family and friends were bigger and more full than the casket spray. The funeral employees said they have never seen a spray where the saddle was visible. upset doesn't even begin to describe how I'm feeling after I purchased some flowers off the website. I don't live in town so I wasn't sure but based on the Google reviews, I went with this florist.. what was delivered is nothing compared to this picture that they have on their website it looks like they literally bought it at the grocery store and stuck it in a vase. Called from Arkansas and picked something from the website. The flowers were delivered in person, my friend loved the yellow roses. Her friends were impressed and wanted to know from where the beautiful flowers came. Very impressed with Lyons quality and service A+
