Their way of wrapping is absolutely horrible. I stopped because they were causing pockets in her ears and i ran out of supplies since i took over wrapping and figured one time since i ran out of supplies and now her ears smell like a dead animal(they say this is normal at times). I’ve been wrapping my dogs ears for 5 months and her ears have never smelt this bad or had issues swelling up. The dr did do a good job on cutting her ears. Unprofessional staff members. The staff here will go through your personal social media profiles and make assumptions in order to hold animals hostage. If you want your animals back and are like most people who can't pay in full for emergency visits up front, do not bring your pets here.
I will never take another pet to any other vet! I love Lyon veterinary hospital. They are absolutely amazing I recommend this clinic to anyone I know with animals.
our aggressive 85 pound dog gets great care from dr. lyon and team. I'm not sure what we would do if we didn't have dr lyon caring for phoebe.
