I got fired because the head of HR Nicole Dunkley on the day of oct 3rd 2024 before our shop meeting told me no smoking in my shop so I put up my vape then I got told by her that I had to keep my eyes on her while she talked . I told her she is not my mother I don't have to look at her while she speaks I can listen without having to look at her she then demanded me to put my eyes on her and wouldn't continue the meeting until she proceeded to tell me she is my mother while I was at that yard and that I must have forgot who s... read more
Very unprofessional Head of HR that needs to be brought down a peg and speak to the workers as grown adults. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
