Lyon Financial has been a good financing experience for us in our pool build journey. We started our project when interest rates were a little more reasonable. Hopefully, interest rates will come down again. This said, I highly recommend this company if you need to finance any home improvement projects.
Don't be fooled by their sales pitch. Here is the reality of dealing with this company: No Dedicated Support: They promise a representative will guide you through approval, but communication completely drops off once you apply. Uncompetitive Rates: Claims of offering the "lowest rates in the industry" are false. Rates are high and customer service won't help you lower them. Spoke to several people including Jordan and others about special 6.99% 20 year loan. One had a fee and other did not. I actual spoke to their people while completing application. Again no fee for my option. Then, once it got into the pre-authorization stage everything changed. A clear bait & switch! Rate jumped to 8.75% or 7.19% with less years with a large closing fee.
