Working with Lyon financial was smooth and easy process to building our pool would highly recommend using them for any outdoor projects
I had a very disappointing experience with Lyon Financial. Their handling of contractor-related issues is extremely poor. Even when a project is incomplete or the work is defective, they do not take real responsibility or offer effective solutions. In my case, the financed project never worked, yet they continued demanding monthly payments without properly addressing the situation or providing meaningful support. Very bad company, they use bad tactics to deal with the contractors you hire, resulting in problems for you and your project. Use someone else.
I have great credit and for some reason getting approved by these people is harder than financing an 800,000 home. I would highly recommend people find alternative financing.
Lyon has been fantastic- Luke was exceptional to work with HOWEVER they work with a Pool Builder from Texas (vendor) and it has been a complete nightmare. Beware if you are building anything with Mike McBride- Township Pools/Total Pool Care in Montgomery, TX. My review from other review sites: I strongly advise against using Township Pools / Total Pool Care. Our Grand Harbor pool took nearly eight months to complete.
