Stay away from this place not a safe place to live. A missing girl was found here in an apartment with some guys. Packages are stolen, you have to make sure you are there when your packages are being delivered. They don’t clean the carpets in the building. Air conditioning units were stolen all of them. They do not return your call! People prop open doors for anyone to just walk in! The area isn’t safe. Cars have been stolen off the parking lot. Car windows have been busted out. Smh this use to be my elementary school when I was a kid 31 years ago! Mr. McKay was the principal... Mrs. Powers was my Kg teacher... Mrs. Williams was my 1st grade teacher... Mrs. Weber was my 2nd grade teacher, and Mrs. LaBerta was my 3rd grade teacher... Mrs. Mason was the PE teacher and she was mean asf lol !;Seeing that they turned this school into an apartment complex really makes me sad every time I drive past it because it was a big part of my childhood ...
I wouldn't want to be here no better than the next person. Not only do they charge you over 1k for rent, which. In my opinion, it shouldn't be but businesses 😑 the grass is hardly ever cut. They don't know how to keep people from throwing extremely large parties on the weekends. It's supposedly no smoking in the building, and kids are running in and out just smoking all up and down the hallways. No one works with you in trying to pay your rent off. I have lived here for the last year and 1 month and have never had a more worse experience in leasing an apartment. We moved in here thinking this place had potential and has been by far the worst choice I have made. In the last 4 weeks, over 15 cars have been broken into on property and/or stolen, just last night 8 had windows busted out and I have still yet to see management on property at 12:30pm.
