Real sloppy would be putting it kindly of this simple residential land purchase, after negotiating on and agreeing on sales price with doc u signs and counter offers completed the agents Mike Zohrab and Joanne Davis call and tell me the seller made a mistake on the asking price of property thats been listed by them for several months, have to go legal now to en force contract. not good,
