We used Windermere Signature Properties / Real Estate (Lyon at the time) for both selling our home and purchasing a new one. A much longer process than it should have been (5 months). I wish we didn't proceed past one month and took a break of it when home sales plummeted. It would have been nice to have had that recommendation but they are very self-oriented. Jim is the best! He ans his team were so helpfull in every aspect of the process.
Worst experience dealing with property management. Be aware of scams. I applied for a property in Davis. The requirement for a credit score was at least 650. Mine was 730. Despite this fact, they told me that my score is 630! And told me if I have a problem with that check it with Equifax credit company!! (They assumed they can just send me away and I did not know anything about my credit score) I contacted the company, pulled out my score and it was 731!
