Cool place to live. It's beginning to become alittle unsafe although things are calm for the most part. Service from the leasing office is ok. You may have to make reports several times before the work is completed and completed correctly but if you don't mine...the great part about the community is the community programs for kids and the schools.
The apartments are way to small for the amount of rent that's being charged. Also a lot of the apartments need the kitchens and bathrooms remodeled . Who has plaster on their bathroom walls these days? also noted that some of the apartments do not have exterior lights outside the back door , which makes this a serious safety hazard, none the less bad for the occupants who cannot see possible intruders after darkness.
