I had a very negative experience with Margaret Chapman from Lynx Property Management while touring a rental property. From the beginning of the showing, she was rude, condescending, and openly dismissive. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the overall tone felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Margaret Chapman was extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with during the rental process. Her tone came across as arrogant, condescending, and unnecessarily hostile when simple questions were asked about the property. Instead of communicating respectfully and professionally, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner that made the entire experience uncomfortable. My time dealing with them in managing a business in Santa Barbara was terrible!! I'd call for emergencies such as leaking pipes OUTSIDE of the building that go into the building, which they are responsible for. It would be running our water bill up - they'd never respond. It took the city threatening citation in order for them to take action on it. They suggested we use their online ticketing system, which it seems no one ever checks as it sits in there and no one ever reaches out. Multiple instances of them just collecting ... read more
