First couple calls aren’t returned in timely fashion, ultimately leading to them not returning any calls at all or appearing to have abandoning their patients altogether.

I waited over a year for our appointment to get my daughter help, on the day of our appointment I realized that I had double booked with our dentist which was an urgent matter for my second daughter. I'm a single mother with no access to healthcare and even though the doctor was a bit late we went in and I explained that I was outside of the room and I was trying to answer her questions. Another tax $ leach. They never pick up the phone or return calls, ever. Be prepared to show up there each time you need help and see sleeping staff at the front desk. Emails are answered ones a week if you lucky and waiting to see a pediatrician is 7 months (my case). I don’t know where all this is going to honestly and there is no one to complain to.
