Another tax $ leach. They never pick up the phone or return calls, ever. Be prepared to show up there each time you need help and see sleeping staff at the front desk. Emails are answered ones a week if you lucky and waiting to see a pediatrician is 7 months (my case). I don’t know where all this is going to honestly and there is no one to complain to.
