Laundry room is open to EVERYONE even though we were given a key for it when we first moved here. The key is now useless. Buildings are old and falling apart. Water heater leaks and floods units. Gunshots at night near park. Basketball ball courts are loud. Speed bumps ruin cars in parking lot. Not worth 1700. Maybe 1500 as long as maintenance is kept up but it just falls short here. You'd be better off at the gated community next door.
