Purchased a EV Battery for a Chevy Spark. Had it installed and after 30 day the battery failed. Contacted them only to be told the warranty has expired, but we will work with you on the price for another one... Really $3000 for a battery and it last 30 days and you think I would buy another one???? BUYERS BEWARE!
Horrible experience with this company! ordered a used transmission for a 2007 mini cooper , received the wrong transmission , contacted a counter salesman . The first thing he wanted to do is blame us, stating we gave him the wrong year and style of vehicle. When its our personal vehicle and had VIN numbers ready if ever asked, but never once verified, just simply places blame on you for there lack of vehicle verification to avoid these same issues .
