City needs to inspect these apartments. There are kids living here with mold and roof leaks
This complex needs some upkeep within the area , if San Bernardino cleaned the area up it would go back to being a great area again. When the base was here it was a great place to live it felt safe to also actually live there. Just because the low income are there does not mean everyone there is bad it just needs some TLC . Like every neighborhood.
