Five stars for being very patient in educating two teens on contacts for the first time!
Fantastic service here, the doctor who saw me for my exam was very thorough and I liked her a lot. All the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back again next year.
Dr. Li and her staff are very patient and friendly, and, most importantly, professional.
I would rate my overall experience as three stars. However, five stars specifically for Dr. Nguyen, who was exceptional; very sweet, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I felt that one of the receptionists/assistants (out of the three I interacted with today 7/7/22, this person was the one without scrubs/they had on a beige/off-white cardigan) exhibited rude behavior and could learn a thing or two from Dr. Nguyen to significantly improve on their customer service in the future. Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service of the Optometrist was horrible (Thunya Walker, OD). Was asked to walk into her office and that was the extent of her customer service. Felt rushed and bothered to answer any questions I had about my prescription. She seemed annoyed when I had asked which one was for my astigmatism as there were 2 prescriptions on the screen- 1 near sighted, 1 astigmatism.
