They explained all the costs upfront in detail as soon as the diagnosis was known. No surprises, above and beyond breaking down the costs, explaining insurance coverage, and listing alternatives. I have anxiety going to the dentist, but my visit at Lynnwood Dental Studio was amazing. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The dental assistant was very gentle, calm and helpful in easing my pain and anxiety. The clinic is very clean and the soft music is calming to my nerves. Dr. Chantal was very gentle and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back for my future dental health needs.
Dr Chantala was a life saver for me in a critical situation by agreeing to take me in that same day and masterfully performed the procedure that I came in for. I was nervous at times but she helped get me through it and I felt more comfortable. There was clear communication about what to expect and the pricing was more than fair. They were very very helpful and very caring about my dental situation and made it a priority to help me in my time of need. Definitely very knowledgeable and very professional.
