They explained all the costs upfront in detail as soon as the diagnosis was known. No surprises, above and beyond breaking down the costs, explaining insurance coverage, and listing alternatives. Do not come here!! Bad customer service, terrible at keeping records straight, won’t communicate properly with clients and will scam you!! I tried to be seen here for an extraction and never even made it into the chair. Never sent instructions beforehand, then tried to blame me when I asked about it, turns out they put someone else’s information into my file. I have anxiety going to the dentist, but my visit at Lynnwood Dental Studio was amazing. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The dental assistant was very gentle, calm and helpful in easing my pain and anxiety. The clinic is very clean and the soft music is calming to my nerves. Dr. Chantal was very gentle and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back for my future dental health needs.
They were very very helpful and very caring about my dental situation and made it a priority to help me in my time of need. Definitely very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a caring dentist and somebody that they can trust to do a very good job. Very pleased their service.
