It's a very nice place, but there's some... Interesting things that happen upstairs... there's constant yelling and screaming from a woman, mostly anger and fear, but I'm supposing her kids are the problem? Not too sure, it's getting worse, the people above us and beside us are extremely loud, sure they're nice people when they talk to us but when they're in their apartments, it's like living hell. Lived there from 2014-2016, literally first tenant after they finished building them. Pros: large rooms, plenty of storage, new appliances, included in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher, nice porch, quiet family friendly, upstairs had vaulted ceilings, very reasonable prices. Cons: maybe the management team has changed, but when we lived there we had CONSTANT issues with roaches, even in a brand new apartment; we followed all routes to request maintenance to eliminate roach problem, maintenance was extremely rude; managemen... read more
