I don't live there but have alot of friends that have in the past and I just have to say that the unit in the pictures has got to be the only one that looks like that because all the rest are all warped counters from the 70s and old appliances I was shocked when I saw the pictures because none of the apartments look new like that they are all out dated and really old cabinets and the doors don't shut. The places isn't bad but none of them look updated like that at all!
As I have been a current resident of Encore (Lynnview) apartments for 10 months now. I have inquired a fantastic stay! I would like to mention that we appreciate the security that comes by, and residents all keep to themselves, with the occasional smile and hello. The rooms are fully renovated with new appliances(SO WORTH IT) Because they have warranty! So if an issue happens with a washer(like ours did) that week they said "a tech from the company will fix it or replace it!" Easy and Simple. I think Renee is very attentive,... read more

It is really good apartment and has lot of space. Really enjoye the view of Lynnwood from this apartment.. College & Mostly grocery store in on walking distance.
