I brought my 3 wild sons in to each pick a Koi for our pond and Lynn was AWESOME IN HELPING US!!! We will absolutely be back for all our pond needs!! She gave each of my boys a balloon as we left. Excellent customer service and beautiful and affordable fish!

GO ELSEWHERE The owner made my 17 year old daughter leave the store when she was looking at the rats. She stated, "We don't have time for this today", because my daughter had been in a couple of times tryingy to get to know the rats' personalities before she choose some. Apparently, this isn't acceptable. NOTE TO LYNN: My daughter went to another family owned pet store and they were courteous, helpful and appreciated her diligence in picking the right rats for her. Bought my hedgehog from here. They were extremely friendly and answered any questions.
Great place! Everyone was so helpful and the animals are some of the healthiest I have ever seen in a pet store! Their rats are so beautiful, health and loved! I even got to play with them and will be picking up my 2 little baby rat boys soon! I really wish I got to meet Mrs Lynn but she was very busy today. Everyone is so friendly helpful and has all the patients in the world for all my questions. I love just spending time in the store just looking at all the little treasures!!! Best little pet store ever!
Most friendly, knowledgeable people I have met when it comes to exotic pets. Prices beat the large chain stores by far. Well worth the 25 minute drive for me. Love getting to visit with the animals and chat with the people who work here!
