Lynn is so nice, and her staff is so friendly! They are very helpful!
I have never been to their store, but frequently purchase from them at a local reptile show. They are the nicest people and so very helpful. I typically buy crickets and super worms. They have the best prices and the the quality is outstanding!
Lynn took awesome care of my cockatiel Sorbet who hates having her nails clipped. Lynn understands birds and is amazing in helping them to calm down and feel comfortable. I was concerned that the nails were far too long and that Sorbet would put up a fight. Lynn just talked to the bird and calmly clipped her nails and wings just fine! I discovered Lynn's pets just this weekend! How did I not know about this local business?!? Run like a true small business focused on the customer and driven by a passion for pets. We went simply to buy crickets but spent well over 45 minutes there talking to a gentleman about the different snakes available...and about the snakes he and we had at home. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff that really knows all about the products that they sell, unlike a lot of the big box stores. Great selection of fish and aquarium supplies, and lots of feeder options.
Helpful and knowledgeable! They helped me get all set up for my new Dumbo rat and even carried the larger things out to my truck for me! Very cool place.
GREAT store. They know their stuff. This is the only store I will buy from.
