I’m so upset I’m shaking. So I called before I came and asked how much to SOAK my acrylic nails off, I was quoted $10 for the set. Thing is I’m doing yard work recently purchased home, so I had only one hand that had nails to be soaked off. When I arrived I was seated immediately, the guy speaks in his native tongue after every question asked me to the lady tech next to us. A friend of mine treated me to a pedicure. It’s been 2 years since I had one and I’d never go back. The lady rushed. She dug and dug into the corners or my nails. She made me bleed on one of my toes. Then I asked her to stop messing with another toe bc she just kept digging at it. I said I don’t need it to look perfect just trim and you’ve done that. Now, it hurts and a bit red and swollen.
