I asked for a certain nail design and provided an example via internet photo and asked could they replicate color, design, shape (separate photo), and length (a separate photo) and it was a total epic fail. You can see the striations in the paint , you can see that the gel is unevenly laid being higher on one side than the other, the shape is crooked, the designed nails are totally off; the rhinestone work does not look close to the picture provided, and they use clear nail polish with silver glitter on it instead of the sil... read more
