We are a Memphis-style BBQ with smoked Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Chicken featuring three Original BBQ sauces. Our menu also includes sandwiches, burgers, homemade sides and homemade soup. Come enjoy our warm & friendly barn-board atmosphere. Bar features 12 beers on tap. Open until 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Serving food until 9pm seven days a week.

Excellent food and great atmosphere and good service. Ribs had a great dry rub on it and all the smoked meats were moist and loaded with flavor. I had the beans also with bacon and pulled pork in them......EXCELLENT. My son and I ate there yesterday and we will be going back regularly.
Never ceases to amaze me ... Between the friendly service and good music only being topped by the best bbq around!! Keep it comin'
I loved the rustic look of the inside. To call it a Gem is only the start. Friendly quick service. Very clean and warm. I had the Beef Brisket served on Texas Toast, Fries. Also ordered a Cornbread. The Brisket was perfectly cooked with 3 homemade BBQ sauces to choose from. All 3 sauces should be bottled for sale. Good stuff. The cornbread was delicious. Fries a perfect hot golden brown. The brisket was so good I left with 1 pound of the Burnt Ends...one of my favorites. I'll be back.

I got an order of ribs the other day, hands down the best I've ever had, I thought their burnt ends were delicious, but after having the ribs, I don't think I'll order anything else from now on ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bartender to pre occupied with cell phone to initially acknowledged my wife and myself then seemed mad we were even there and asking questions about the house specialty and uninformative. Ribs were over done and brisket sandwich was tuff.

Several clues indicate that this is a fake review. We could not find such a name in our receipts or any order matching the one they supposedly had. "Craig Gribble" has no profile on FB. Poor spelling, grammar, etc. This "person" also failed to respond to a private message and apology.
My wife and I loved this place before they upgraded the saloon and the menu. The BBQ is to die for, thanks to their newly acquired smoker. The live music is always quality. But it's the wonderful owners and their staff that will keep us coming back. Well done!
