I have been there for 13 months and it is a very good apartment with a great management. I used to use it's great gym with my family every night. It's pet-friendly and full of peace. If you face a problem, just email to the manager (Sean) and he takes care of that as quickly as possible. The prices are affordable as well. I enjoyed a lot. Thank you Lennmour and Lyncreeck apartment management.
We have experienced ongoing issues with water entering through the window sills in our unit, which has caused persistent moisture and mould developing along the window frames. We reported these issues to management on January 22 and allowed contractors to attend for repairs. Some glass was replaced, but the problem continued and moisture still pools in the corners of the windows, especially during rain. We had a truly wonderful experience living here. Sean and Jackson were absolutely fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made everything from move-in to day-to-day communication seamless and stress-free, and it was clear they truly cared about the residents. The management team at this building is phenomenal. They are quick to respond, helpful and work hard. They maintain the building to a very high standard and are quick to respond to concerns and issues. The building is close to Phibbs exchange and there are many shops and amenities close by. Parking is an issue with very limited parking in the area and no visitor parking at the building so having guests over is complicated.
