The management team at this building is phenomenal. They are quick to respond, helpful and work hard. They maintain the building to a very high standard and are quick to respond to concerns and issues. The building is close to Phibbs exchange and there are many shops and amenities close by. Parking is an issue with very limited parking in the area and no visitor parking at the building so having guests over is complicated. My brother and I shared a 2BR unit for a year and had a very pleasant experience. Grounds staff are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rooftop and gym amenities are great. Good location close to 2nd narrows bridge, Lonsdale, and ski resorts.Â
We lived in Lynnmour Apartments for three years and had a wonderful experience. The building was always very clean, well-organized, and everything was well planned. The management was excellent , Sean was a great manager , always attentive and caring about the tenants.We also really appreciated Sahar and Jackson, who were always supportive, kind, and professional. Today we had the pleasure to meet Sean, Property Manager for giving us a tour for my in-laws. We enjoyed his professionalism and every word talking with his unique personality and sense of humor and wish to be lucky to get a unit and will get socialized with him 🙂Â
Had a wonderful experience living at Lynnmour Apartments! Sean, the property manager, is incredibly diligent and professional, he genuinely cares about the property and residents. The entire team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any maintenance requests or questions. Great location in North Vancouver, well-maintained building, and excellent management.
