We had a truly wonderful experience living here. Sean and Jackson were absolutely fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made everything from move-in to day-to-day communication seamless and stress-free, and it was clear they truly cared about the residents. The management team at this building is phenomenal. They are quick to respond, helpful and work hard. They maintain the building to a very high standard and are quick to respond to concerns and issues. The building is close to Phibbs exchange and there are many shops and amenities close by. Parking is an issue with very limited parking in the area and no visitor parking at the building so having guests over is complicated. My brother and I shared a 2BR unit for a year and had a very pleasant experience. Grounds staff are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rooftop and gym amenities are great. Good location close to 2nd narrows bridge, Lonsdale, and ski resorts.
We lived in Lynnmour Apartments for three years and had a wonderful experience. The building was always very clean, well-organized, and everything was well planned. The management was excellent , Sean was a great manager , always attentive and caring about the tenants.We also really appreciated Sahar and Jackson, who were always supportive, kind, and professional.
