I had a HORRIBLE experience with this realtor, and the only reason she gets one star is because I am forced to give at least one. An listing agreement was signed the first week of August. Since the home needed very minor cosmetic work (i.e., painting) the home was to go live on MLS according to the agreement on 8/14/2023. However, Lynnette did not list the home 2 to 3 weeks after the date of the listing agreement.
