Been seeing dr.payne and her staff over a year and have received great care and they have helped me come a long way with my issues that I was having.
Jeanine Robinson would not help me with my kidney stones. Told me my pain was probably where I had my gallbladder removed. I have numerous kidney stones size 3 mm. I think it's a sin and a shame to allow someone to just suffer in pain because you believe someone can pass these stone by themselves when it's evident they can't. I wouldn't recommend her as a doctor to my worst enemy.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Definitely would NOT recommend, especially in an emergent situation. Dr Payne denied transfer for my CHILD who had a suspected EMERGENT issue and another hospital. Thankfully we went to Charleston as they were the next closest transfer, and his issue was confirmed and resolved. My only guess is she was too lazy to come in after hours and actually see him in the ER. Unacceptable.
Dr Payne is absolutely the best. I was so scared and she made me feel relaxed and at ease, the anesthesiologist was wonderful I’ve never met someone so caring. The whole staff was excellent you’ll not find a better Dr or staff thank you so much Katherine Ransom
