Stop selling cars with damage and an additional All-State coverage to fix the damage out of the clients' pockets. All-State will not be pleased to know you are committing fraud
Wednesday at 8am dropped car for scheduled 3 hours recall repair, oil change, tire rotation. Afternoon they called that is not ready. Thursday we called couple times, left a message, no one pick up the phone, no one called us back. Friday the same. Today Saturday, we drove there to find out that our car is not ready and they can not do it today either. Hard to believe that’s the Subaru service. Took a car back. Never again this location!
I have been trying to reach Giovanni and his manager for over 3 weeks now. they won't return calls and i am still waiting for money to be sent to my finance company while interest is still being charged.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I will never buy another vehicle nor use the service department again.
On June 18, 2020 at 11:30 am I brought my Subaru Ascent Touring for recall and oil and filter change. I was told that the service would take around 3 hours. At 6:00 pm I called no one answered, I wrote no one answered. Wait the next day and I started trying to communicate from 9:00 am, nobody answered me. I wrote an email to a manager with the last name Atochin and he never answered back. Around 1:00 pm they answered me without any update. They call me back saying that my vehicle has not been evaluated, that they still don't... read more
Horrible experience. Price of vehicle was 22,000. Finance manager told me i had to pay 995 to get the car detailed and serviced before i bought it. What type of scam is that 500 dealer fees 500 plates Bill came to 27000 before I was done. What a scam. Horrible. Robbing people in these hard times. Go else where Bad business.
