If I could give negative stars I would. Prior to choosing this dealer, I solidified financing with my bank. I initially had an appointment with a sales rep I spoke to on the phone ; however, when I arrived, an employee by the name of Camille, told me she would help me out. As a customer, I found that to be highly inconsiderate since I’d already spoken to the representative I wanted to work with. Came in to have brakes inspected due to squealing sound; car service rep mentioned the brake pads were really bad and that the last rep should have told me, after he thoroughly explained the brakes condition I refused to have the work done, because this was the 2nd job they needed to take care of that could have been preventable.
