On August 16, 2025 I went to Lynnes Nissan to get a car so that my daughter could commute to school. I explained to the sales associate that I wanted a used but, reliable car. After looking up cars online, *********(sales assiciate) told me about a 2018 Nissan Rouge. He showed us the car and when I sat on the drivers seat I noticed that the windshield was cracked. DON'T BUY THE 2012 NISSAN FRONTIER SL!!!! THEY COMMIT CONSUMER FRAUD AND SELL UNSAFE VEHICLES!!!!!!I bought the frontier 2 weeks ago from salesman **** ****.I fell in love with it and was within my budget. NOT PROFESSIONAL staff at the Lynnes Nissan city in *************. They too not only held me and my husband drivers license but threw them in the shredder box to discard of. Then also called the police on us when they was holding onto our personal ID and did not want to interrupt a customer in the finance office of where they said our ID's was at. No stars. Lynnes stole my used car. They gave me no money for my trade in. They sold it two days later for $5990. They are unethical and Liars. Please read their reviews and complaints online.

Saw an Advertised Car for a good price($17808)on Nissan Sentra SV. When I came in the final price Out The Door(OTD) after the fees and taxes the total jumped $7k to $25k+. They use advertised price to get you in to talk to them they pile on outrageously large fees. $3k for Pre Delivery Inspection Service(PDIS), another $899 for Doc fee, a $275 Motor Vehicle fee( even though motor vehicles registration fees start at $60 depending on size ), and another cash fee of $2k because I'm paying it all upfront and not going through th... read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After purchasing a $30,000 vehicle, I discovered a faulty tire that causes shaking and noise while driving, making me feel unsafe.I returned to the dealership, waited 5 hours, and reported the issue. Purchase a supposedly Certified used 2019 Nissan Rogue back in 12/24/2022 at 29K miles and within the 1st week the A/C stopped working. After complaining, they fixed it. Few days later the shock absorbers feels worn like the car had a set of bongos at the wheel base. After a week, I wanted to return the vehicle which the Finance manager refused to do and now Im stuck with a vehicle thats literally falling apart, check engine light on and pieces they glued together are now falling off!
