From the start of the search for a condo for my son, Lynne was the consummate professional. She listened to his must haves as well as the negotiables, and took that into consideration with his budget. If she didn't think something was right for him she would speak up and say so. Lynne recently helped us buy a new home and sell our previous one. Our house was under contract over list price in just 4 days thanks to her guidance for painting and staging. Lynne is insanely responsive and super helpful navigating the nuances and paperwork of home buying/selling. She knows the market inside and out and has a great attention to detail.
