Dr. Napatalumg is an absolute darling. She takes a personal interest with her patients and spends as much time as needed.
I was able to get an appointment on the same day since I felt it was an emergency. I was a new patient and she was gracious and understanding. The day before I had broke out in what looked like welts from an allergic reaction and was a little frightened. She was certain it was more like insect bites an prescribed a strong steroidal cream to heal it quickly. She suggested I follow up with her in a month.
The visit was great. I didn’t have much of wait. The doctor was thorough and addressed all of my questions and concerns.
Incredibly friendly and relatable as a physician. She explains the issue in easy to understand terms while simultaneously projecting deep knowledge of her field.
