Dr. Cola has always been professional, friendly, informative, answers any and all questions, and is very kind and compassionate. I've been seeing her for over 7 years and she is my first choice when asked if I am able to recommend a great female GYN. Her staff in both Fairlawn and Green keep everything running smoothly. Rarely do I wait very long even when I arrive early.
Dr. Cola is the best. She is so kind and welcoming to all of my questions and concerns. She thoroughly answered all if my questions. I found her to be compassionate and attentive. I absolutely adore her bedside manner. I never once felt rushed.
Dr Cola is thorough, professional, kind and very personable. She is willing to listen, diagnyand help. She does an excellent job with her patients.
Dr. Cola is excellent! Very easy to talk to and explains what is needed to be done so you understand. Many Dr's seem to shuffle you out the door but Dr. Cola takes her time with you and makes you feel like you are her only patient.
Dr Cola is fine, but her staff leaves much to be desired. After being asked to move my appointment, they had lost record of my rescheduled appointment when I came in. I was squeezed in and rushed through. They were rude. Dr Cola seemed knowledgeable but was not interested in discussing more than one treatment plan, nor did she explain why I was having the health problems I had. I will not be returning.
She is the best doctor I know. I wish she was my everything doctor. :)
I have always found Dr. Cola to be available, very knowledgeable and compassionate. She always takes the time to answer any questions that you have. You don't feel rushed. Have always been very happy with her and her staff.
