Really nie, and didn't hurt me. explained exerything as she went. Smart and not out to overcharge and do things I don't need. The whole office is nice and polite.

Both Dr. Heckerts have been my family dentist for years. Both teach at a dental school and the work is reliable. Office people are polite and friendly and I even like going to visit there.
