Hi, This is an update to my post of September 24, 2015. Dr. Butner is the greatest!! As previously mentioned, her office staff is great. The location of the office plus her hours are very good. In fact, her office is right on a bus line so that if someone has to take the bus, the bus stop is close by. If patients have questions, she's always there to answer them & help in any way she can. She's also very gentle in the way she adjusts patients. Check the office out.
This is an update to the post of 01/07/2015. Dr. Butner has moved to a new office. Everything is much better. The office staff is wonderful. Parking is good. Located in a good part of town. Check it out!!!
Dr.Butner's a good Chiropractor, however, the person who does her billing leaves a lot to be desired. They have an older billing system that uses codes that result in the patient's care being denied. It has to constantly be re-billed to the point where it's either approved or the patient has to pay for the services out of pocket. Please be really careful.
