Dr Vitale is wonderful. She has worked with me through sinus and back issues. She recently shared this balance disc from Amazon with me to help with my lower back tightness. You can place the disc on a stable chair and rotate our hips back and forth to loose the back. It works! Thanks Dr Vitale!
Dr. Vitale is the best Chiropractor I’ve ever seen. She is very accommodating and I always feel better when I leave. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs relief.
