Dr didnt listen. Had surgery for cataracts and purchases lenses for surgery that corrected distance. Dr somewhat pushy to sell me progressives. Agreed to progressives and they were bad. Told tech rt away but she implied I was not used to progressives I have worn progressives for over 5yrs. Fram3s bad arm stuck out 1 inch past ears. Went back 19 days latter got a refund for lessons stuck with bad frames

The appointment was relaxed and I felt comfortable throughout the eye exam
