Receptionists are not helpful
Getting kicked in the groin is preferable to dealing with front desk here. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
I chose this clinic because it is very accessible and the online appointment system is very easy to use. Both the doctor and the front desk lady were very kind, professional, and helpful. I appreciated that the doctor didn't jump to giving unnecessary medication right away; instead, we started with a thorough checkup. The front desk lady guided me to the top floor for my blood test, which was very convenient. A very smooth experience!"
Staff are extremely rude at the front desk. I walked in to ask about misplaced mail that may have been sent to the clinic, and I didn't even get to ask my question as I was interrogated. "Why are you here". "What do you want" with frustration and anger.
