For a walk in clinic They force you to make an appointment for two days later and then they make you wait extra an hour and half after your appointment. What is the point of getting an appointment then? Do not waste your time at this location. They simply do not give a damn about patients.
Office is literally empty in the middle of the day and they’re apparently booked for the week. What kind of walk in clinic doesn’t take walk ins and makes you book exclusively on their website? This place has gone downhill for the last 10 years
Receptionists are not helpful
Getting kicked in the groin is preferable to dealing with front desk here. Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful.
I chose this clinic because it is very accessible and the online appointment system is very easy to use. Both the doctor and the front desk lady were very kind, professional, and helpful. I appreciated that the doctor didn't jump to giving unnecessary medication right away; instead, we started with a thorough checkup. The front desk lady guided me to the top floor for my blood test, which was very convenient. A very smooth experience!"
