This clinic has made me feel neglected, disrespected, and abandoned. I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a few years and my family doctor has never began my appointment on time. She has always been so impersonal with me and constantly disregards when I ask for help by telling me I should just bring up my issues another time. I agree with others that the staff at the front are awful to deal with but the doctors themselves are wonderful here. Ive been seeing Dr Doeksen myself for years and he's always been very helpful and kind. My mom went in for an appointment and I was terribly worried because of the language barrier. She says that Dr Ghasri was so wonderfully kind and patient.

For a walk in clinic They force you to make an appointment for two days later and then they make you wait extra an hour and half after your appointment. What is the point of getting an appointment then? Do not waste your time at this location. They simply do not give a damn about patients.
