Many of these negative reviews on here are based on negative perceptions of her personality (my spouse and I happen to love and appreciate her candor, btw), but I don’t think Dr. Beauchamp gets enough credit for how skilled of an ObGyn she really is. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but in my extensive experience with Dr. B, she’s certainly undeserving of a lot of the 1-star reviews I’m seeing. I have been seeing Dr. Beauchamp for almost 4 years after she performed a life-saving procedure on me in the ER. Since then, she has supported me through two successful VBAC deliveries. She has your best interests in mind and ultimately lets you make your own decisions for your health. Wonderful OB!
Dr. Beauchamp is wonderful! I was seen in a timely fashion. The office staff and medical staff were kind and helpful. The Doc was attentive and thorough.
Third visit and every time is unpleasant. I kept thinking things would improve but they didn’t. Today was the final straw. Condescending, judgmental, and rushed the entire session. Always a long wait to be seen. Every.Single.Time... No one ever recalls my medical history even though it’s on their paperwork. Told me a urinalysis wasn’t needed for an annual pap so I used the restroom before the exam. Doctor Beauchamp seems disinterested when I meet with her. Asked for an rx with a few refils for something I have taken for years (non-narcotic!), and she refused. Then, didn't even bother to call in just a single rx for that med for me. Have to jump through too many hoops with this place. It's a shame this practice lost the doctors they had, Tygart and Speed, which were fantastic, because their staff is great! Nevertheless, have to seek other options. Completely dissatisfied.
