Unprofessional and the lack of effort and information was not given. I was moving in the area from out of town and not only did it take forever to reach a live person, but I followed through the process of a rental application and mailed it in on a timely manner due to moving. I called and called and called until I got a representative who told me that he didn’t have time to check their office mail and he’ll get back to me.
