Nice looking home, BUT leased signed state internet was included in the rental price and he decided not to include the utilities that were signed to on the lease. Clearly the Landlord doesn't seem to think his OWN lease is legally binding. Reported to the Better Business Bureau and currently seeking legal help to be reimbursed for the internet for the school year that WE paid.
