Was told that a property I was interested in was available and no one had applied to rent it and filled out the application and brought the 150.00 dollar money order to them and went to get the copy of DL and SSC for my wife and niece and brought it back and then was told that someone else came in just before I got back and paid all the money and got the place, I'm curious as to how that occurred due to I was the only one to inquire about it.

My husand and myself have been here for 5 years. Yes there are maintenance issues, yes it takes time. Yes things get fixed, Doris and Kim, the receptionists are great but to the point, all business but they are human and have a tough job filtering through people's bs. Mr Lynn is not reachable by phone but you can leave him a message or email him. This man has saved us from homelessness, not once but twice. Got sick, unable to work, husband disabled. Unfair Treatment and Unprofessional Conduct On September 24, I reached out to Lynn Properties to ask Justin Lynn if I could convert my shop into a herbal store. As usual, I couldn’t reach him directly, so I left a message with the receptionist. About 30 minutes later, she called me back and said, “He said you must be putting your 30-day notice in.” That statement caught me off guard — I only asked about changing my business type, not moving out. Receptionist is rude and that she was funny by insulting my mother I would not recommend renting from them.
