I’ve been dealing with this property management company for a while now, and while I’ve experienced a few issues, nothing has ever gone unresolved. I’ve never encountered any major problems, and I genuinely believe that even if I did, they wouldn’t hesitate to address them. Sometimes there are delays, but in the end, the job gets done. They aren't as bad as people say. We had a issue it took a little time they are short handed on maintenance but they did come through and help us fix the things that was wrong!
After an entire month maintenance hasn't shown to fix the broken toilet or to light the furnace. Leaking kitchen sink, multiple outlets are black or broken. No screens on the windows they're all sitting outside on the ground. We were told maintenance is great at staying on top of things so we didn't mind but every time we call we are told "I'll put a note on his desk". How many notes does it take?
