Set up a time a week in advance to come in and pay the direct deposits and all that stuff for the background check and they just sold it to someone else , even though I already set up a time to come , get it

Would give a zero if I could. DONT RENT FROM HERE!!! An electric issue that caused a fire in a property they owen, apparently is not an emergency to these owners and refusing to refund people's money when they already paid rent, after putting up a 24 hour eviction notice because "the owner wants his house back" is straight bs. Anyone who's smart would stay away from here unless you want to live in crappy places and get screwed over on money. Lawyers will have a field day with this company.

I should update my review. I do believe a year ago the source of the maintenance problems was the old lady in the office. She openly admitted that she doesn't submit work requests unless you call a second time. Every time we called we waited a month or two for service because of her. NOW: they have a new lady in the office that is an absolute pleasure to work with and 3 times in a row we called with an issue and had someone show up in 2 days or less.
