Mia was amazing at cleaning up my feet very meticulously! She spent a lot of time. She was very kind. Also, Trish gave me a wonderful foot massage. It was incredible. I’ve come to this place for sometime, all of the girls are super friendly and work together to support each other. It’s a great Salon.
Very disappointing experience. I went to this salon for a simple gel refill with a French tip. No extra design.To be clear, this was NOT a new set and there were NO extensions — it was simply a refill on my existing nails. Before starting, I was told the price would be $55, but at the end, I was charged $85 — $30 more than the price I was originally quoted, for a basic gel refill with no extensions. Had a really disappointing experience here, which is sad as this place has been my go to nail salon for many years. Asked for a gel removal and a French manicure. I had to ask the nail technician to redo several fingers of the manicure because the white tips were really patchy. I was surprised that I had to point out how poorly it was applied and that the technician would have let me leave with it so patchy if I hadn't of mentioned it. Was very happy my first time here. My nails chipped a bit fairly quickly but I was still happy with the overall job for the price. Today I called ahead to book an appointment and at first was disappointed to have to wait despite calling ahead. I enjoyed my pedicure but at the end was very disappointed that I was charged for a removal of what was left of my gel polish.
