Vivian is fantastic! Had a basketball theme and she nailed it!
Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The technician was too aggressive when trimming my nails and cut too much skin around my fingernails, making them bleed. My big toe was also trimmed way too short, leaving it sore and uncomfortable. I’m surprised - I’ve been here a bunch over the past few years. Not sure if they’ve changed management/ technicians - regardless, a terrible result and experience.
